Returns + Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right! Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the amount of the item plus sales tax, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days.

In-Store Purchases

For any in-store purchases, including custom lip products, you can return or exchange your item(s) within thirty (30) days of your purchase, by bringing your receipt and your item(s) to the location where you made your purchase or to any other location within the country where you made your purchase.  Exchanges are also offered at no extra charge. Any exchange must be equal to or less than the original purchase amount. We will then immediately initiate your refund or process your exchange.

If you are unable to come into a store, you can choose to instead ship your item(s) to us with the printed receipt, including your transaction number, using your own shipping label. Once we receive your item(s), we will refund or exchange your product(s) within 5-10 business days.

For Canadian customers, you must ship your return to the original store where the item(s) were purchased. The Canadian store addresses are as follows:

Online Purchases

You may request a refund or an exchange within thirty (30) days of your purchase by emailing customerservice@liplab.com. After we have received your refund or exchange request, we will provide you with a return label. Any shipping or handling fees associated with your purchase will not be refunded. Upon receipt of your item(s), your exchange will be processed, or your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Gift Cards

Gift cards do not expire and can be used either in-store or on our website at www.liplab.com. Gift cards may only be redeemed in the country in which they are purchased. Thus, gift cards purchased in the US are only redeemable in the US and gift cards purchased in Canada are only redeemable in Canada. Gift Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

US and Canada

Any purchases made in the United States must be returned in the United States. Similarly, any purchases made in Canada must be returned in Canada.  Please note for Canada customers, if Interac payment was used, you must return to the store with your Interac card for a refund.
